Most comments talk about how expensive this place is without really appreciating the quality of the products they sell. I go there to buy my meat, cheese and sometimes prepared meals. They sell high quality stuff, mostly local, sometimes even organic and/or bio. Paying 20$ for a wagyu flank steak for 2 (that was produced on a farm in Quebec)...I don't think is unreasonable! They have an impressive counter of prepared meals to eat there or take out. They even have a fresh tartare stand for lunchtime. Definitely worth a visit!
