  • If we could give 0 star or negative stars, we would. You don't want to spend any money here. We've been tricked over 10 years from over $6000 Rolex watch over a decade found out they didn't give us original Rolex watch box at all but gave me their Ben Bridge box), Diamond wedding ring, Italian White gold necklace worth over $400 and bracelet after replace into Italian clasp after paying additional; they broke into 2 pieces within a month. Contacted Customer service of Ben Bridge but they tried everything not to help the situation. They seem like having the same backside office people at the actual Ben Bridge at Fashion show mall to try not to give any support. We feel bitter after they scratched big backside of my Swiss Tissot watch when they supposed to change the battery. You don't want to pay anything at this shop. They must not professional being a fine jeweler, watch dealer for life/warranty. Bitter realizing all these tricks after I paid with full price of each piece. Never, Ever, even think buy anything here. All they want is traveler who won't come back here. We were blind for years
