Went to Madison on Friday to hike in Clifty Falls. It was a late lunch but decided to eat at Hong Kong kitchen. The restaurant is right in old town Madison on the main street. Inside it is very clean. You order at the window in the back as you overlook the entire kitchen and watch your food being made to order. The food selection is excellent and varied. The taste and quality is good to very good. The lunch special runs from 11-3 and is a very full plate of one entree and rice. Their specialty is pork fried rice. Had egg drop soup that was excellent. For only $5.75, it is a lot of food. This place is a solid performer that i recomend. While we there it seemed a lot of locals are there.
