I wish I could give this company 0 stars.
I had a technician sent by my home warranty company. He was in my kitchen all of 15 seconds before dismissing the problem as dust on the coils. Most of the 5 minutes he was here was spent giving me a condescending lecture on cleaning them and commenting on how old my fridge was.
The next day (after cleaning the coils) the fridge was at 70 degrees...called Beyer and they said they couldn't work on the type of fridge I had anyway so to call my warranty company back. Hmmm. Why claim to know the issue if you're not even qualified to service my type of fridge?
