  • Quick, easy, and (usually) painless Our entire family goes to Goodyear Smiles. Entry is fast and you are not left waiting for extended periods. Hygienists and Dr. Wooff are very friendly, listen well, and spend the time to discuss your concerns or thoughts. They don't push the extra services hard, which is a nice change from other dental offices. Billing is simple and the staff knows what they are doing-- we have yet to need to chase anything with our insurance. Another plus is that they are good with our 5 year-old. They take it slow and easy, as well as being very kind with her. Only drawback is that one hygienist occasionally misses with her pick! I can feel her tug on my gums, to which she said I may need to brush a little better to eliminate sensitivity. Had to tell her that I can feel her nick and pull the tissue, after which she was better. It has happened twice and I hope not to taste blood next time. If they fix that, I'll give five stars.
