My visit to Paul Martin's was spectacular and exceeded expectations. Though it does kind of look like some other overpriced and stuffy steakhouse establishments, the atmosphere, experience, and quality were top notch.
I came with a large group, and they gave us the banquet room, which was the perfect balance between private and public. They made us feel special from start to finish.
The wine list seemed to please everyone who was into wine. And many of their bottles are actually on cask, so be prepared for your bottle to come without a label. I was more concerned with the beer list, which had anchor steam and hop nosh from uinta. Very impressive for a place like that.
My dinner was a stocked salad with julienned veggies and chicken. A huge serving that could be split between two less hungry people. Others in my group ordered the brick chicken, steak, and some other American standards.
Then came dessert: white chocolate pistachio and chocolate ice cream I believe was house made. Did not disappoint.
Overall a great place to spend an evening being taken care of and eating delicious food.
