  • I'm a brand new customer and I tried to get 2 Opium tickets for tonight and while the tickets were in my cart and i pressed next, I got an error message letting me know that there weren't any tickets. Any other ticket broker gives people at least 5 min to claim the tickets through the reservation process. This timed out within 1-2 min. See screenshots with timestamps.
