  • I feel like whenever I come to pickering town centre my trip is incomplete without a pit stop at Timothys. They have a great selection of coffees and teas and make a mean latte too. I normally always end up getting a vanilla latte and its always piping hot, creamy and sweet but still has that robust coffee flavour with a heavy sprinkling of cinnamon on top. Timothys also has an impressive selection of baked goods such as loaf slices, muffins, croissants, scones, brownies, tarts, biscottis, hearty date squares, assorted cookies and my personal favourite the giant buttery toblerone shortbread cookies with a sweet dusting of powdered sugar on top. And if your feeling a little more peckish they also have breakfast sandwiches, toasted sandwiches on croissants or buns, bagels, and my other favourite the savoury spinach and feta stuffed croissants (get them warmed up).
