| - We dine there fairly often, but they have trouble following directions. For medical reasons, we can't eat jalapenos and similar peppers.. Today I called and ordered two types of banh mi sandwiches for take-out. I specified no jalapenos and had them repeat it back to me on the phone. When I drove over to pick up the sandwiches, the young woman who gave me our order said it was two banh mi with no jalapenos. - Guess what? Got the banh min home and opened them, and they both were loaded with jalapenos. I called to complain and they said to drive back and make an exchange, but I was not up for the round trip. I told them I would visit soon and expect either a full refund or two properly prepared banh mi. We tossed out the ones they gave me because even when the jalapenos are removed, the pepper oils still permeate the sandwich. - Very disappointing, and I will tell you this is not the first time that a menu item we've ordered, even dining in, was not the item that was delivered. You may think I am a chronic complainer, but I am not. It's just that this was the proverbial straw that ...etc, etc.
