  • This is a very nice spa. The Swedish Massage was amazing!! So, why only a four? The man who works at the front desk could take the initiative to welcome guests with a smile when they walk in and also thank guests with a smile (at least a sincere smile) upon leaving. I'm not sure what's "botanical" about this spa. That part left us a bit curious. Maybe just other services had a more "botanical" swing on things than the Swedish Massage. Overall, it's a nice spa, just a happier, friendlier, and more outgoing front desk person would be a plus and thus make the customer experience perfect from start to finish.
