  • It is funny one of the reviews here from 2 years ago mentions the guys from Sav-On Plumbing referring them to Air-Zona as that is how I found out about this company as well. This really is how small local businesses should be run-- honest, affordable, reliable, and professional. The problem is businesses like this are harder to find since they advertise less and build their customer base on word of mouth. I spoke to George about my situation and he quoted me an estimate based on the information I provided. My problem and the final cost were both as he had suggested. He was flexible in communicating via email due to my work schedule, worked around my time frame to setup an appointment, the on-site tech (Daryl) called 20/min prior to arrival advising he was on the way, and took his time with the job even though it probably lasted a little longer than anticipated. I have no complaints about my experience using Air-Zona and will continue to do so in the future for any A/C or heating needs.
