  • This was the first time I had used Hayward and I couldn't be more pleased. I had sent an email on a Friday for a quote to remove a palo brea that had lost a big limb during a monsoon storm. Phil got back to me right away and was there the following Monday to give me an estimate. I actually got 3 other estimates and Phil agreed to match my lowest other bid. The crew of 5 just came today to remove the tree and grind the stump. They worked together as a team and had that tree cut down in 20 minutes! The stump grinding was next and then they blew all the debris away. They were out of here withing 45 minutes! They were prompt, friendly, and did a great job. I will call them again should the need arise. Thanks!
