  • Total scam! They get you in there with low prices and give you horrible service and phones that don't work. Do yourself a favor and don't leave your current wireless provider. Over the last 9 months we have been screwed by this company. We bought 4 phones through Tmobile, which never worked properly and didn't have reception in our house. I called and a service representative told me that the reason why my phones didn't work was because they were supported by the network. So basically I was sold phones that never would have functioned properly. Then we were told we could buy other phones but that would be out of our pocket. We are now being harassed for the remaining balance we had even though our phones were useless.
