  • I had such a wonderful experience at this hospital. From the receptionists to the assistants and veterinarian, everything was all-around great! I took my new kitten, Sprinkles, in for an initial pet exam and check-up. He warmed up immediately to the staff (Yes, Sprinkles is a boy LOL). Dr. Redding and her assistant were so nice and informative. They also couldn't get enough of how cute he is! I don't blame them either. You can tell their love for animals is genuine. :) If you're looking for low-cost vaccinations and surgeries, you're better off going to a local hospital. Banfield's pricing is a lot higher. If you're just getting a check-up for your furry friend, I'd take advantage of their free pet exams for new clients. Just print out the coupon online and bring it during your appointment. I came ready with my paperwork completed to speed up the process. I even went shopping for cat food afterwards since the hospital is located inside Petsmart. Sprinkles didn't enjoy all the big dogs walking around the store, but I know he felt comfortable during his appointment.
