Horrible utility. I have never missed a payment to this entity in 25 years. I pay all my bills on the 1st of every month. Because the APS payment is due a couple days before the end of the month, my payment is considered late and they now require an additional 800 dollars deposit ! No letter, no phone call no warning. Just pay us an additional deposit of 800 dollars. I talked to a representative and she stated it is in the fine print on page 2. Two or more late payments and they can exercise an additional deposit charge. My question is why now? After 25 years? This is the worst utility of all time. Their customer service is arrogant and horrendous. Being a monopoly, they just do not care !!!
