  • Service is HORRIBLE!!! You cannot call and talk to anyone in service you have to leave a message and wait for a call back. My jaguar wouldn't start and I called three times and finally told the receptionist that I needed to speak with someone NOW!!! Dealt with some rude service reps that's didn't even want to give me a loaner while working on my car. Just horrible service as a whole!!
