  • We hadn't eaten in a Fridays in years, so we thought we have a nice dinner with the kids this past Saturday. My husband signed up for their app while we waited to be served. To spare you the graphic details, let's just say he's been in the bathroom ever since, and today is Tuesday! He's used their "feedback" feature no less than a half dozen times in the last three days, and I can only assume that there is no one checking it. We had minor issues with service and the time it took to get our food, but these seem less important now. It simply is not the place it once was.
