I never write reviews on ANYTHING but I am so frustrated by this store, I want to spare others of my experience. I have sold and bought here since they opened. I find that every time I go to the huge effort of dragging my 4-5 bins of stuff in, they buy a very small amount. I know they have things in demand or too many of one item, etc. but when I question why certain items didn't sell I am told they have stains. Now let me say this, I keep my 3 kids' clothes immaculate and I would not try to sell anything that has something wrong with it. I admit that some items may slip past my keen eye. To be told that my stuff is not up to par and then walk over to find jeans for my 5 year old son and all I can find are jeans with ripped out knees in them, is very frustrating. I seem to find stuff all the time on their racks that is stained, worn, and ripped. My experience today leaves me banging my fist on my head again as to why I do this to myself. I just want to declutter my home and it ends up being more of a pain than anything! In between getting off work, I rush over there to give them my 5 bins of stuff. I am called an hour later asking if I am in the store because my things are finished. I tell them I will be there within 15 min that I am now in school carpool. I drop my 3 kids off and rush back up there to get my bins and cash to only be told that I need to wait or come back because there are 2 people in front of me!!! I am a busy working mom that needs to tend to my kids after school not keep running up to their store waiting. Years ago I sent an email complaining and got no response. I am beginning to think the owner doesn't really care about his/her reviews. I love the concept of Kid to Kid but they need to fine tune it and learn how to make it a convenient buying and shopping experience for parents.
