  • I used envy restoration to repair some damage done to my roof and ceiling due to heavy rains. They went out there and fixed everything and said they would guarantee the job for two years. Well less than year later I had a leak in the act same area they fixed. They did not reply to my messages and I had to wait about 6 months to get it inspected. Once they inspected it, they said it they wouldn't repair it. I asked to speak with the contractor that fixed it and he no longer worked with the company. Sad thing is they were paid thousands by my insurance and I still have damages inside my home. Because of this I wouldn't recommend this company. However I will reconsider if they honor their two year commitment as promised and go to my house and fix the damages that still exist. Update: Since this review Envy Restoration has been on top of everything and making sure that I am a satisfied customer. They have offered me fair solutions to solve my problem. I have been in communication with one of their representatives in a timely manner. This type of service is definitely 5 star level. Thanks for paying attention to my needs.
