| - I hesitate to write this as I have been threatened by the owner, Chris Castorena, multiple times. However, I hope this help others so that he cannot continue to do what he is doing.
Chris reached out to me bu LinkedIn stating that a nurse paid for me to have a $250 credit with him. He wanted to know if I could use his services. It was an odd message and I questioned it. He stated that the donator wanted to remain anonymous. The email didn't quite sit right with me, so I just ignored it.
Several weeks later, I was falsely being accused of following someone, so I reached out to Chris and asked for his help. He said he was happy to help and guaranteed he would prove my innocence. He charged me a flat fee of $750 which he said would cover everything.
Five days into his investigation, he said he still could not locate the subject's date of birth. I went online and within five minutes, I had the birthdate.
Once he got the birthdate, he said he needed to gather more records and I needed to give him an additional $1,000. I argued with him over that and he told me that he needed it in order to keep me of jail. When I inquired why I was going to jail, he could not provide an answer.
In the interim, I had resolved the conflict with the person directly involved and told Chris his services were no longer needed. I asked him if I was entitled to a partial refund and be said no, but assured me that he would be there for me if I needed him.
The next day, he called to let me know that the subject was calling him threatening to go after me and he tried to encourage me to restart the investigation. I declined, but he kept calling scaring me telling me that people were coming after me and I would go to jail, so I let him restart the investigation.
As he supposedly restarted the investigation, I continued to talk to the person involved in the investigation and we continued to work things out on our own, eventually leading to the final cancellation of Chris' services.
Chris, however, continued to fuel the fire with false information. He played all sides. He would tell me that others were coming after me while he told the others false information about me. He claimed that he had to fire me as a client for contacting the subject when I had every right to talk to the subject. There were no court orders involved that were being violated.
When I learned what Chris was doing, I reversed the charges on my credit card. He sent me a threatening email telling me that he knew I reversed the charges and he promised me that he would win.
Several days later, he sent me an email telling me that he had been thinking about the conversation we had that day and he would not allow me to threaten or blackmail him. That day, I had been in surgery for ten hours and never once spoke to him. I had actually blocked him from my phone.
I replied to his email asking for clarification and he never responded.
In the mean time, he contacted my opponent and gave false information on me and agreed to testify in court against me! The judge did not allow it.
On the day of court, Chris walked up to me and handed me two pieces of paper. The papers were dated 11.24.17, however, the current date was 11.14.17. One paper was a charge on my credit card and the other was a service agreement. Chris forged my signature on both documents!
Afterwards, I learned that Chris has a friend who works for the Arizona State Board of Nursing and he is now making false reports against my nursing license in retaliation.
I filed a police report and had him prosecuted for extortion and fraud. I also filed a valid complaint against his license.
Lastly, I had a very reputable PI look into him and he has a laundry list of charges against him which you can easily locate on the case history of both the justice and superior courts. His background check was beyond disturbing.
Also, as others have said, all of his Yelp reviews, the ones he cannot alter, are negative. The others are all repeats written verbatim by so called different people.
Please beware of this man!! This has been an absolute nightmare for me and I am sure he will make it worse in whatever way he can.
