  • I would have given this company zero stars but it wasn't an option. I would run away from this company if you require any follow-up or customer service. Our refrigerator came damaged in numerous ways and without standard grills for the bottom. The company wouldn't respond to phone calls or emails throughout the process -- two months later we are still waiting for a legitimate fix to our grill problem. The sales person, Mike, is one of these slick, all talk and no action, sales guy who is more interested in the trappings of his title than his responsibilities as a professional salesperson to serve the customer.
