| - Terrible, TERRIBLE company. They spend as little time as possible at your home and they don't fix the problem. We got this company during the hottest heat wave in June. Thankfully we got them to come out sooner than another company, but the guy literally spent 20 minutes at our house to fix our AC. He fixed our upstairs unit, but our downstairs he just recommended we turn on the heat to get all the frost off the system and left. Never went in the attic to check anything. Our downstairs still wasn't working properly. It could never get colder than 80 degrees and it ran all night. We called the company back and they wouldn't be able to come till sat, this was on a Thursday.Then sat came and they didn't have time, so they rescheduled to monday evening. Still monday came. Finally the guy came out after waiting 5 days, officially it had been a week we didn't have fully functioning ac air. I get it, it's the busiest week, etc but if the guy did his job right the first time we wouldn't be going through this. So the guy found a loose screw outside and saw our system needed more refrigerant. He fixed both and left, was at our house no more than 20 minutes again and never went in the attic to check anything. The air was cool, but I could hear our AC still had a strange hum. I didn't mention it cause you know, a woman knows nothing about AC units. Well, two weeks went by and guess what.... our AC is all frozen over again and was not working. So we call up the company. They had an appt for us that day, but halfway through they rescheduled us to the next day because they had to spend more time at the other customer. They come out the next day. We tell the guy all the problems, the outdoor unit freezing and the strange humming noise. He claims it to be the filter. Well, as I was changing the filter I paid attention to the noise, nope it didn't even change when I moved the filter. He then puts more refrigerant in our system and says that's all it needed. I said there must be a leak because the guy put more in two weeks ago and we had the same problem. He said there may be a leak somewhere else and he couldn't test that because he didn't have the equipment. ?!!!! Don't have the equipment, then what kind of AC repairman are you? Also, why can't we schedule a time for them to come out and check? Oh, well you will have to contact us again if the AC goes out again. Um...no thanks you'll just keep bandaging the problem. See ya later. Never using your company again! Thoroughly unsatisfied with this company. Learn to do your job and come prepared.
