  • Bought a Joytech Ego One from this shop. A little over a month later, the Ego One just simply stopped working. There was no user error involved. It was an honest issue. Brought it back into the shop, advised them that it stopped working, and they traded it out for a brand new one. I was given the impression that this isn't something that they will do just anytime for anyone, but that's understandable being that there are probably a lot of scams involved with this kind of transaction. I was very pleased with how friendly, honest and helpful these guys all were. This business is truly one of the best in the valley. Pay them a visit and see for yourself.
