  • My boyfriend went in a few days ago to get a really simple cut, he just wanted a few inches taken off all around. I don't know if the stylist he got was new or what, but I have never seen a worse cut. It was short on the top, and went past his neck in the back, half the sides were short, and the bottom half hung over his ears, and the hair on either side of his head was so uneven. It looked like some kind of mullet... She then glued all the hair down with a massive handful of gel. It was so bad, I don't even know how to describe it. We talked it over quickly, and decided to talk to the stylist about it. When we described to her that we weren't happy with the cut, she gave us extreme attitude. She raised her voice, and said that she did exactly what we asked, and that it was fine and looked good, and absolutely would not back down. She was incredibly rude, so I asked if she had a manager we could talk to. When she brought a manager over, she continued to tell the manager how she had done exactly what we had asked, and that if the cut was bad it was our fault. We let the manager know that we just were not pleased with the service we had received, and that the cut was really bad. She said that she would take him back and fix it up. However, we had both watched the last cut the manager had done, and the fellow ended up with a literal mullet, and he was less than pleased. We told the manager that we honestly would feel more comfortable going elsewhere to have his hair fixed, and asked if there was a discount or similar. In the end, she didn't charge us, but she was really rude when we asked her about the discount. This was the location in Market Mall, and I would honestly avoid at all costs, it was awful. We ended up going to the Regis salon, and they did a great job, thank god we got it fixed.
