Worst customer service EVER! I've been dealing with bike shops all of my adult life (I'm 67) and went here for a high end bike. I also paid for many accessories that totaled as much as I spent on the bike. When I wasn't informed that the bike was ready during the time frame given me, I called them only to find out that the bike wasn't in yet. They would put in a special delivery request that cost me an additional $10. It was to arrive within 2 days. Again, no phone call. So I phoned 4 days later and was told that the bike was sitting in the back of the store, still boxed and not scheduled for the accessories to be put on it. They agreed to put the bike together with the extra things and it would be ready this Friday night. No phone call. I called and was told the bike was assembled but the extras had not been put on yet. They assured me that it would be done Sat. at 10:00. Again, they said they'd call and I didn't not get a phone call. I called at 11:00 and no one knew where the bike stood on having all of the extras put on. First I'm talking to Kevin, then Mike and neither of them seemed to have communicated as to the status of my bike. I'm talking about a $780.00 order here. I've contacted someone from their home office to see if I can get this order canceled. At the end of this all, we called John at the 844 number and he arranged a refund, spoke on my behalf and Wade at the store made it right.
