| - No stars would be better! DO NOT rent here! I should've known this from the first issue we had BEFORE we even moved in. Let me take you on my 5 month hell stay.
- We looked at an amazing 2nd floor unit and got a quote. The girl who helped us (who no longer works here) said she was off the next day but to come back Thursday and we could do our deposits since the quote was good for 48 hours. We finally left the complex at about 5:15, 15 minutes after they closed. On Thursday, we find out that unit has been put on the "upgrade" list and we can no longer rent it for the price we're quoted. "The apartment was put on the list at 5 on Wednesday." We were there past that!! What is the point of a issued quote saying this is the price good for 48 hours if they're going to change it on you?!
- Day we were suppose to move in; I wasn't on the lease yet waiting for something to clear my credit history and they say "well, we cant give you the keys today because you aren't on the lease." Are you F**king kidding me?! They KNEW we were waiting for it to drop off the following week and then put me on. Had to move my moving truck and everything back a day, then they decide its ok. But now EVERYTHING is already pushed back a day, so it throws us off. We decide to come look at our unit (as we were not allowed in it until that day) And there is pigeon poo ALL OVER the balcony!! You couldn't even step foot outside! Why in the world would my unit not be clean?!
- They charged us for 3 months for "not having" Renters Insurance. We gave them a copy of it when we got our keys to the apartment and the 1st month it happened! NO ONE looked in our file and put it into the system each time unless I finally got upset and stormed down there the 3rd time.
-Our toilet breaks/ has a leak. Not a huge deal but come home to find my Shower handle has been removed and a hole in the shower where it use to be. Um.. ok? I have to put plastic wrap around it for OVER a week because no one came back to fix it!! I work with food, I have to have good hygiene!
-Oh and then the shower nob wouldn't switch from the tub mode to shower mode. I called Thursday and was told they would put in my request. Friday comes around, no shower, so I call and say "if I have to go to a truck stop to shower I'm having you reimburse me for it" magically I can use the corporate suite. Sunday they're closed; no big deal as I don't work until Tuesday. Monday afternoon still no one has showed up, so I call again to have someone say they'll call me back or have maintiance come right up. No call back. Tuesday morning, I have work in the afternoon, still no shower fix, and I go down to ask to use the corporate suite again. Am told its taken and "let me figure something out for you." After waiting 20 minutes I have to leave and go to a truck stop to use a shower because I was going to be late to work and I needed to shower (AGAIN I work with food!) I called District manager on the way down, left a message. That night I come home my shower is all of a sudden fixed, but I missed over an hour of pay/overtime at work and deduct it from my rent.
-Argue with mamangement that I won't pay the money I took out of the rent as that is what THEY caused me to miss and that it wasn't even including the overtime. The MANAGER ARIEL says she put a note on my account the have a late fee waived if I need to use it but I still have to pay they money I took off the check. Reluctantly I pay, but think the note is made for the late fee as I see her typing as shes telling me that.
-Today... oh lord do these people kn ow how to be the worst customer service base around! I was at work and both jobs ALL DAY on the 1st, therefore not able to pay my rent but paid first thing this morning when they open. Well, guess who never put the waive of late fee in my account?! Yep! So again I have to fucking argue with these people! I'm beyond done!
STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY AND HORRIBLE HORRIBLE STAFF!!!
