Waited an hour and a half for consult. Waited a little over 2 hours for my SURGERY. Surgery resolved 2 out of the 5 issues that I was told would be changed. Noticed some inconsistancies in his answers to my questions. Always overbooked and in a hurry. I'm not sure how he keeps business because the patient care level is low. He is experienced in the technical stuff but maybe he has been doing it so long that he just doesn't enjoy it anymore or something..I don't know, just a guess. Potential for great ratings if the customer service existed.
