Used to be called congee Wong - change of ownership and now is called chef wongs.
That didn't really change much. The seating is very cramped for the lounge tables. Sitting two average sized individuals together feels like the middle seat in the back of a small car. Can't move in the seat - really reduced the quality of the experience.
As compared to it's competitors value proposition of fast service, cheap and quality food - they can't compete. Food took 20 min to come and was undercooked. They heated it up but by that time I was frustrated and really hungry.
Decent presentation of food, however the plate was dented with too many nicks.
The manager is really into the business but that doesn't make a difference.
Overall, not up to Chinese food standards. Go back to congee queen.
