  • Pros:First thing is i live in Surprise and they dont usually service way out there cause the distance but they are great for making a "1x exception." they were very clear about pricing and repaired everything underbudget versus what was estimated. Cons: i made an appointment friday morning around 8:00am for an appointment at 4:00pm the same day, at 4:30pm still no one was there, i called and they said they wouldnt be able to come. ofcourse no one called to tell me and keep in mind it is friday and they said the earliest would be maybe saturday and at what time they are not even sure. they then called me back and came out to my house but not till around 6:00pm. my time and customer communication is huge, i know things come up but a simple 1-2 min call would help.
