  • I wish I could give 0 stars. When I arrived for my appointment I was treated coldly and told to wait. Cool, I'm fine with that. So as I'm waiting two women come in after me and are kindly greeted, given robes and offered drinks. I felt like I was not worthy to be there. Then, once the stylist took me back to her chair, she told me they only booked me for 30 minutes and couldn't do my hair since I had highlights. Why wouldn't they ask questions or tell me that when I made the appointment??? She said I would either have to reschedule or she could do one color and I wouldn't like it. Then tried to appease me by saying this has been happening a lot and the stylists are mad because it's taking money out of their pockets. Then clearly the salon management and owners are not doing their jobs! I feel for the stylists, but as I told her, I will never go there again. And I mean it, I have never felt so inferior - like I couldn't afford or wasn't good enough for their salon. Shame on your management for letting the salon staff ruin a nice experience. I'll be sure to pass along this review to everyone I know in Charlotte.
