The food was all right, nothing particularly special, but tasty nonetheless. It's the type of place where if a group of friends wants to go, I won't protest.
The service was okay, it depended on the person helping us down the line. The lady in the front was somewhat strange, she looked at us weird and acted awkwardly. She asked if we had been there before, and when we said no, she asked our friends, who had. She then proceeded to say that they could explain how the process work cause it was kinda long for her to do it. There was no one waiting behind us in line, so I thought that was a bit rude but not a big deal.
The idea behind the place is pretty cool! I've been to places like this before, but the selection of ingredients to put in your plate was very extensive in comparison.
The lady by the sauce station was very friendly and professional. She explained how to mix them and helped us out.
The cooking part is pretty cool. They have a round grill in which they spin your food around.
The portion sizes (if you fill your bowl up the right way) are a good size. It would not have felt somewhat pricy if I would have liked the food more.
