  • My new favourite form of exercise!! Thank you to the all the beautiful ladies at brass vixens for showing me a great time and this new art form!! I can't stop going now. At first I just wanted to do a class or two for fun.. But soon fell in love with it! Beginner one was all fun and games.. Beginner two started to introduce holds and sits to prepare for intro. Once inversions 101 comes along.. Then you realize the strength and discipline pole dancing requires!! I feel a big sense of accomplishment every time I get a move/spin and the instructors are amazing and encouraging at all times. Instructors never fail to let you know you are doing a great job and progressing. Such a loving an encouraging environment, I love it!! The instructors are all super patient and never hesitate to answer questions. The environment with all the other students is amazing. Every class is filled with laughter and warmth. I'm sad to say I have to go back to school and won't be back for a little bit :( I'm really going to miss everyone here. Only been here a month and half but it already feels like home.. I'll be back!!!
