  • I went to Car Tech as I was shopping around for the best price for replacing my front struts and strut mounts on my 2007 Mitsubishi Outlander. The price Charlie quoted me was so good, I was a little skeptical of how the price was so much cheaper than other local shops. This was mostly due to a previous bad experience with an unrelated small auto shop. However, Charlie quickly proved me wrong and went above and beyond my expectations. Charlie could tell I was worried about getting screwed over so, he took me back into his shop and showed me the brand name parts fresh out of the box and assured me that this was not "that type of shop" and at this shop "I would be treated like family". Charlie and his team even finished the job sooner than expected.
