The furniture is nice, but boy, you really don't want anything to do with their delivery and customer care. Our delivery has been rescheduled 5 times now. We've gotten the bedroom set in parts but still waiting on the last piece, two months after our initial purchase. Same as another reviewer said, what we picked was on back order because, "they underestimated its popularity." We've had two deliveries to get 90% of the furniture. We finally scheduled the last piece, then it didn't come in and they asked to move to yet another date. When I told them I could only be available for the afternoon of that day she said they'd try to accommodate me. (THEY are the ones asking for this date I was fine with the previous one) so of course the call comes and I'm scheduled for the morning. I ask for customer care and they tell me they don't accommodate requests for times. Of course not, so we wait another two weeks now! Short story: nice furniture, confused staff members, unorganized processes, lousy delivery fulfillment and no real "care" from customer care.
