  • My friend and I both had appointments at noon for a gel manicure. I was taken back right away but my friend was left soaking her nails. Once I was almost finished with my manicure, the nail tech said she forgot about my friend and that she was so sorry. She asked if she wanted to come sit next to me and soak her nails. When I told her that she had already been soaking her nails for the last 25 minutes she just looked at me and blamed the mishap on another customer that was getting a pedicure saying she was being rude and made everything confusing by wanting a manicure last minute and made it to where there were no other techs to attend to my friend. My friend then left the salon with gooey blotched nails. I was sad to see this happen because I have only had nice things to say about this salon and was looking forward to bringing my friend. But the terrible service left me feeling extremely embarrassed and I will now be looking for a new nail salon.
