I had a surgery at this spa and I was really happy with the result. I appreciate Dr. Bomer for making time to sit down and make sure I get all answers I needed from her.
I decided to continue using their service for chemical peel and laser removal. But, then I had a bad experience. My hair from the hair laser removal was not completely gone after 8 months process. This did not happen when I used a different service in NY and MA.
I have had experience getting chemical peel about 20 times before using this service. Every time I had it, they made me feel relaxed. I laid down and could relax for few minutes and the worker would massage my face shortly with lotion before starting the chemical. I did not get that at this service. The worker literally rushed by putting everything on so quickly that I had to hold my breath.
They appointed me to get laser removal after chemical peel so the worker said I had to get up quickly and bring all things over to another room. She was acting in a hurry so I had to really rush out with all things in my hands without having time to put in my bag first.
The next day, my face was so swollen and burnt. I felt so sick that I threw up. I decided to call and explain what just happened. They seems to not believe me and said it must be something else, not from the chemical peel. I could have agree if I never had chemical peel before but I knew it was from this.
They emailed again and said I could come in to have them put some things on to reduce the swollen. I have a full-time job and said I couldn't come until after 3:30pm. They said they are all booked and unable to squeeze me in. I feel they were not putting me in the priority after this worse painful experience I had from their chemical peel process.
A week later, their supervisor emailed me asking for my address to pay me back because I was upset with the result. I thought that would be the deal and that I could try them again. When I got the letter, it asked me to not come back to their spa again. How rude is that? :(
