| - I have no idea how this business ranks a 5 star when they cannot promptly see their patients! Charles was going to be a first time patient here. We tried our best to get a flexible appointment time. I have 2 businesses, run an online auction site and have a full time job working approximately 62 hour work weeks. No, they don't have any other appointment times but 1130, no flex whatsoever no matter what. Ok, I accept their 1130 since they are SO busy. (?) I check my i-phone and I find a coupon through groupon for a free physical for this business offered. I arrive on time with Charles, he's nervous he smells all kind of panic. I check out the coupon I found online-the staff up front said no we don't honor that but we will give you $25.00 dollars off for being a first time patient. Ok, I like that ......I accept. There is no one in the lobby. I do not hear any other animals in the exam rooms. We wait. and we wait. And we wait. Some little blond hair blue eyed female walks in and casually have a conversation about "Daisy" her dog. No emergency or trauma situation just chatting it up with the staff up front. Charles and I are placed in an exam room. 15 minutes later a technician comes in and takes Charles temperature, then says ok I will send the doctor in to see Charles. . Ok. So far acceptable no problem. We wait. and we wait. Then I hear a man in the next exam room talking about "Daisy". So we are back on "Daisy" again. Now, keep in mind no mention of Daisy until after Charles and i came in. So with all the laughter and chit chat that the male and the vet had about Daisy, we were prolonged well into 45 minutes to close to an hour. Obviously the doctor is seeing patients out of order and not in the order in which we arrived. Certainly by the laughter and chit chat in the next exam room, Daisy was not in any distress in any way. Charles got more restless with each second, I got angrier by the minute. So go ahead take the cutesy cute blond female, the male she was with and "Daisy" first-customer retention is seemingly more important that accepting new ones. Well we finally got the message that our business was not welcome nor needed. We left. As we exited the business we requested Charles medical records back. The staff clerk asked us what was going on. We told her the situation. Can you believe she asked if we wanted to reschedule? No way- if you are too busy to see us this time, do any of you think we will waste our time coming back? LOL
First, our time is money also. Wasted time is not something I take lightly. Our time is JUST as important as yours was. So for this business- i would rate it a "0" if I could. You don't deserve any credit for good service, because you failed miserably to provide ANY service. Negligent, unresponsive, poor customer service simply......unacceptable in every sense of the word business. Have questions? Contact us first hand!
