  • Dobson Town Center is by far, the best apartment complex communities in the area. After owning a home in another state for the past 10 years, I was less than enthusiastic about being in an apartment. The staff were very accommodating by giving us a shorter lease to allow just the right amount of time for our house hunt. Even though we won't be here long term, I can say that I will miss it when we move. We live in a gated community so I feel very safe. We are close to everything while not being too close. My son's school is just down the street and it is so quiet here. The neighbors are so friendly that it really reminds me of my old neighborhood. The maintenance staff is one of the most hard working and friendly group of guys. While we have only had one issue, they were over right away and got it fixed so fast. In my opinion, if you live anywhere else, you are wasting your money.
