  • I looked at an apartment that I loved on a Friday morning. By Friday afternoon, I had emailed my application to Eric. 4 days later, I still hadn't even gotten a confirmation that the app was received, so I started calling the office (harassing them, really) daily. Every day they told me they would leave my number for Eric to call me back. After 4 days of consecutive calls (a week after my initial app was sent) I called AGAIN and a guy told me the apartment was already rented to someone else the day after I looked at it. I have never been so frustrated. For all I know, Eric was kidnapped and held for ransom because I STILL haven't heard back from him. Horrible company that, because they aren't diligent with their customers, have cost me precious time in getting an apartment. HORRIBLE COMPANY
