  • I called up and received a quote for replacing my water pump in my 2009 Prius that was $177 lower than Larry Miller Toyota! I made an appointment and had a neighbor follow me. What a total surprise upon entering the office, the manager asked me to sit down and we chatted about the water pump what is was like working for Facebook. I dropped my car off at 9 AM and it was ready by noon. I also met the owner who came over and shook my hand. I would recommend taking your car or truck to Ken's for any problem. The service is great and staff is very friendly.
