  • I'm definitely a fan of this hotel after staying here for a week during a recent business trip. I usually stay at the Embassy Suites down the road, but since that hotel was sold out and undergoing reservations, I came upon this place when making my travel plans. Hospitality of the front desk agents was on par with Hilton brands and they even have complimentary breakfast, drinks, and dinner at this chain. The overall condition of the property was clean and well kept. I had selected my room prior to my arrival (one of the many benefits of being a Hilton Honors member) and found it to be in very good order and clean. There was no extraneous hallway or adjacent room noise throughout my stay. I will say one of the things that impressed me about this hotel was that their cable tv options were endless. I've been to many hotels that have cable but limited channel selections. Checkout was a breeze and having complimentary USA Today every day also sealed the deal for me. This property has replaced the usual hotel I stay at on my work trips to Cleveland going forward!
