It's a shame that IKEA's food court cooks up tastier food than many established restaurant. Needless to say, the food here is beyond expectations.
I ordered Swedish Meat Balls ($6.99), served with a choice of mash or fries, smothered in gravy. The meatballs here are a staple of IKEA. They are tender and moist, with distinct flavours that differentiate it from traditional meatballs. Their gravy is a simple bechemel with small hints of pepper. Fries is not your typical McCains'.
Although I would not go out of my way to eat IKEA, this furniture giant would make a killing if it entered the fast-casual food business.
