  • Last week I went to UG for the first time. The customer service was great and on a Friday afternoon I only waited 20 min. Budtender Jamie walked me through all the medicine and was very informative. I got the first time bogo deal which was nice. Got 4 strands, 4 eighths, for the price of 2. The buds? Honestly the worst quality I've seen grown professionally. I'm talking LEAFY, untrimmed flowers. I found 3 seeds and some already loose buds wrapped in leaves. I really enjoyed the staff- bouncer, desk, tender, cashier- all great. But I don't see myself returning because other shops have quality, cared for buds for similar prices.
