  • Very nice people that work here as always but I am not at all happy with my gel manicure. And how the owner handled a unhappy customer. Not even a week later and my gel polish was chipping and peeling off. I went back saying I wasn't happy with the polish and I wanted it removed. The nice girl working said pick a different color and I picked just nail polish cause I feel bad I'm not a complainer and not expecting a whole new gel manicure. After the new nail polish, I tip the girl and she goes to help someone else. As I'm drying the (new) owner comes up and asks me to pay for the polish change. Glad to hear she's the owner I tell her how unhappy I was with my original gel polish show her my bank statement that was literally there a week ago and how normally a gel would last me at least a week if not longer. She said sorry and proceeded to give me her sob story about how she has just taken over this place and has no help.. Then continued to want my money again. So they got my money... again. Don't go here.
