  • OnTrac is a complete joke. Called in to tracking was on hold for 35 mins. Hung up called into shipping someone picked right up. "Hi this is Stacy with shipping... Oh you need tracking let me transfer you... Hi this is Stacy with tracking." I thought they ran their business like a one man show. Turns out they pretty much are. Also they tried delivering my package 3 separate times to the wrong address even after they had the right one. If I could give negative stars I would.
