rev:text	*****AVOID*** AVOID**** AVOID*** I was in a car accident while my friend was under the influence, I was as well so I was unaware of t of the state of my friend. He ended up slamming in to the back of a car, an I end up in pain. I didn't now what to do because it was my friend, so I ignored the back pain until I couldn't anymore an caved an called a lawyer so I wouldnt get screwed by my friends insurance for medical bills. That lawyer happened to be Larry H. Parker. There is a girl named Summer who works there, she is sweet and will work with you if you have any questions. She kept telling me the process of which they filed a claim changed, I wasn't ok with that but I had already signed the contract so I assumed I had to deal with it, even though if I knew ahead of time that their change would affect the duration of the settlement, I would of never signed. So ALL my paper work had been submitted in late June of 2010, THEY DID NOT SUBMIT A REQUEST UNTIL FEBRUARY 2 OF 2011!!!! The ONLY way I found out was cause I had called them, and when I asked how much they requested, they said they just sent my medical bills. Its March 13, 2011 and I have yet to hear ANYTHING from them, They have in my book till the 23rd to call me with an update before I call them to either to do their job or to withdraw, btw I dont even get to talk to a real lawyer when I call, its an assistant, the lawyer doesn't do anything but take 33%. So SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE and FIND ANOTHER LAWYER!! Think about the time frame I just gave, submitted the medical bills in June it took them till February to send in a request, that's around 7 month to figure out paper work!!!! So AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!
