I had my daughter's ears pierced here and overall I am happy with how it went. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. I didn't want to wait in the waiting room since we were there for a non-illness procedure and everyone else there was sick. The receptionist said we could wait in our car and they would come get us when it was my daughter's turn. Yeah!
What was described in the ear piercing brochure and what was actually provided were not the same. The brochure states that ears are pierced at the same time but I had to request this be done since the nurse was going to do it one at a time. In the brochure it states the child will get a card to remember the date and a mirror - neither one of these items were given/offered to us. The price was as advertised - $50 if no other procedure and $30 if part of a medical visit.
I really liked that they put numbing cream on my daughter's ears. I'm not sure if it actually helped ease the pain but it helped ease my nerves.
I would caution parents about coming here if their kids are scared/nervous about getting their ears pierced before even arriving. Getting ears pierced here was not a quick process (it took an hour) - we waited 30 minutes before being brought back (there were two people in front of us), about 5 minutes waiting for the supplies to be brought in, and about 20 minutes for the numbing lotion to take effect. If my daughter had been scared, waiting an hour would have been a deal breaker.
