  • Great to work with!! Extremely Professional!!! Recently I purchased a new home downtown. During the purchase process we noticed what could be a sprinkler valve leaking in the valve box. The original owner claimed they repaired but it continued to leak at a higher rate. After about 4 mths of moving in to the house I decided I needed a professional to come out and inspect the valves and repair the leak. I contacted Pro Irrigation in the mid afternoon and spoke with Josh. I explained the issue and he was very knowledgeable and explained to me over the phone what it could be which was a valve issue. He quoted me a rough price which was lower than what I was expecting to receive. Being that it was in the afternoon Josh advised that he would not be able to have someone out till the following day. Based off of my schedule we decided to wait till the following week. Just a few mins after I got off the phone with him Josh called me back and advised that he could have a tech at my home by 6am the next morning if that would be OK, I agreed. To my surprise Josh then called me back about an hour later and said he could have a tech here same day around 4pm. I was shocked and agreed. The tech showed up right at 4pm and was very professional. He did a quote once he viewed the valve box which was a few dollars lower than the rough quote that Josh had given me. Within 1 hour the lines into the valve were replaced and the leak was resolved. The tech also inspected the other 3 valves for leaks to ensure there were no others. To do the repair they had to dig from the box to get to the line. When they completed you could NEVER tell they dug at all. It was like each rock was placed back perfect in its place. They were both very professional and did a great job. Sorry I don't remember their names. I would not hesitate to contact Pro Irrigation again. The service was exceptional and professional. I really appreciate how Josh went above and beyond to get my issue resoled around my schedule. Since the repair my Water Bill has decrease greatly. Thank you Josh and your team for making what I thought would be a mess of an experience a very enjoyable and easy resolution. Do not hesitate to call them they are the best...... 10STARS!!!!!!!!!!!
