  • Beverly Maston in Appliances is fantastic. She turned a bad experience into a great one! We had ordered appliances that were Maytag, stainless, they came damaged twice! After the 2nd time, the customer service got Beverly from Appliances, she happened to be working. She was great, she calmed us down, she promised to make sure they checked our unit before it was shipped and she called and updated us every few days! I was without a cooktop for over a month and she even got the company to expedite the delivery because it usually takes over a week or two to arrive at the store. She called us when it came in and she opened the box with us and checked every inch of it and made sure all was good! Customer service at is finest with Beverly! We will be going back to her for more appliances when needed.
