  • Love! The tech staff especially! My pup does great at the vet clinic but they take extra special care to create a "fear free" environment including calming pheromones in their rooms, a complimentary treat menu, and asking how she feels most comfortable being examined. She likes it best if I can help hold her and they're ok with that! My last clinic took my pets out of the room for treatments and never gave me the option of being present. As for the negative review on here, you have to consider the reviewer. This place is on top of everything! Thank you, Deer Grove!
